Reprotec understand that your “photocopier” is now a focal point of the workplace, with many everyday processes passing through the device; such as printing, scanning, email, fax and software applications. These processes have brought about many questions relating to network connectivity support. The Reprotec photocopier (MFD) maintenance agreement supports only the device itself, not your computer network and related IT infrastructure or connecting to new computer hardware.
We have recognised the importance of being able to support you with IT related issues and are now able to offer various solutions to assist you. New services include remote access, on-site support and a range of IT support contracts. The following agreements are now available to provide support and resolve technical issues relating to your multi-functional device.
Reprotec Gold IT Support Contract
- Maximum 4-hour response
- Onsite support
(up to a maximum of 16 hours over 12 months) - Unlimited remote access support
- Unlimited telephone support
- 50% discount on chargeable site visits
with no initial callout charge*
Reprotec Silver IT Support Contract
- Onsite support
(up to a maximum of 8 hours over 12 months) - Unlimited remote access support
- Unlimited telephone support
- 50% discount on chargeable site

- Unlimited remote access support
- Unlimited telephone support
- 50% discount on chargeable site
